Project 3 - Research & Development Facility
This project consisted of laboratory and clean
room space for specialty projects in the microelectronics
industry.
United Maintenance designed, installed and
commissioned:
- 3,000 sq. ft class 100 clean room with 275
air changes/hour
- 100 Ton refrigeration piping circuit
- Low pressure steam boiler and piping
- Sheet metal duct system
