Project 1 - Quartz Tubing Production Facility

This project consists of office space, manufacturing plant and clean room facilities; all of which incurred several major scope changes during the construction process. These design changes along with the urgency naturally associated with a production facility demanded vision and flexibility of the project management and quick responses for all involved.

Designed and installed complete plant HVAC system including:

• 500 tons of liquid chillers
• Chilled water piping, pumps and tanks
• Cooling towers
• Custom air handling units
• Exhaust and make-up air fans
• HEPA filter banks
• Class 1,000 clean room
• Sheet metal duct system and air distribution devices
• DDC control system
• Process piping installation including:
• 5,000+ feet of 316 stainless steel pipe/fittings
• PVC pipe and fittings
