UMI Softwall Cleanrooms offer low budget solutions for controlled environment needs. Multiple sizes and configurations are available with vinyl strips and curtains ranging in thickness from .20 mil to .80 mil. These portable cleanrooms can be equipped with HEPA or ULPA Fan Filter modules, temperature controlled HVAC systems, sealed light fixtures and a variety of sealed ceiling tiles. Frame construction is anodized aluminum or epoxy painted steel and smaller cleanrooms may have casters. Standard sizes can ship within 2-4 weeks. UMI will install, wire and certify your Softwall Cleanroom!

UMI Modular Cleanrooms offer the rigidity of a built in place room with the flexibility of an expandable portable controlled environment. Utilizing a variety of modular wall systems, UMI can use steel, aluminum, or PVC wall panels. Gasketed ceiling systems of PVC or anodized aluminum can accommodate any budget while maintaining an air-tight room. Floor options include epoxy coated, solid vinyl or aluminum/composite raised access. Rooms can be designed in a variety of floor plans, with air showers, pass-thrus and anything else your controlled environment may require.

UMI Built - In - Place Clean rooms offer you a permanently constructed contamination free environment. This includes FDA inspected cGMP facilities, laboratories appropriate for the Life Sciences and Bio-Pharmaceutial industries. Features and or constructions methods may include epoxy coated walls, floors and or ceilings, modifying exisitng mechanical systems, process piping and final filtration.
